YOUR SCHEDULE When working as a Night Shift Pest Control Coordinator, you can expect to work full-time, overnight shifts while servicing sensitive commercial accounts (healthcare facilities, hotels, food production plants, and more). YOUR TIME AS OUR NIGHT SHIFT PEST CONTROL COORDINATOR Your shift kicks off with a quick team huddle to review objectives and prep for the night ahead. With your route set and supplies ready, you hit the road, ensuring protocols are followed and compliance standards are met at every stop. From checking in with hospital staff to addressing kitchen concerns at major hotels and production plants, you're the go-to problem-solver. As the night winds down, you wrap up by compiling reports, ensuring the day team is set up for success. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU You're a sharp communicator, independent worker, and problem-solver who thrives under pressure. You bring professionalism to every client interaction and take pride in maintaining top-notch standards.
