By leveraging their expertise and relationships, we will be able to differentiate ourselves from competitors through technical excellence and commercial acumen and build strong relationships with major global oil producers, securing repeat business and referrals. This will allow us to increase our market share in the FPSO sector, driving revenue and profitability growth and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects, enhancing our reputation and credibility.As a Marketing Manager - Demand Creation, you will be responsible for:Collaborate and lead greenfield projects in the western hemisphere, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfactionDevelop and maintain relationships with major global oil producers (e.g., ExxonMobil, Shell, Total, ENI, Petrobras)Provide technical and commercial expertise to influence project design and specificationEnsure our products and services are preferred for project execution, leveraging lifetime project valueCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunitiesFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Required Qualifications:Have bachelor’s degree in Chemist from an accredited university or college.Have minimum of 10 years of Upstream Chemicals Offshore experiencePrevious experience in a sales, commercial or business development role is highly desirable.Desired Characteristics:Strong oral and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.Established project management skills.Why Baker Hughes?
