It is designed to be fast, efficient and respectful. You will have three days to prepare for the case exercise.Decision: Within one week, we will extend an offer or let you know that we are not moving forward.Commitment: You will have two weeks to accept your offer. We value commitment; once you accept, we will hold a spot for you and expect you to join us on your start date. Accepting an offer and continuing to interview would be an ethical violation in our view.CompensationStarting Salary: $80,000 USDAfter one year, if you perform well, you will receive a compensation increase and participate in our bonus programWork Authorization: Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
