Description

A Patient Service Specialist will play a very key role in the success of the facility and the patient's overall experience. Strict adherence to organizational protocols and values is a must. A Patient Service Specialist will work in a fast-paced and exciting environment and apply their skills in a highly visible and critical role. Crucial Care provides non-hospital-based emergency care in a hyper-efficient delivery of Emergency Medicine Specialty Services combined with outpatient facility efficiently provides high quality care that can yield lower ER visits, lower hospital admissions and create savings.

Experience Years: 0 Years

Experience Type:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Active BLS certification strongly preferred
• Previous patient services experience in a medical office setting preferred
• Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screen and drug test
• Able to perform the duties expected for an active role in a busy office environment (standing, walking, teaching, public speaking, pulling, pushing, lifting, etc.)
• Ability to use all necessary office equipment (faxes, copiers, computers, telephones, etc.)
• Able to stand and work up to 12-hours in a day
• Legibly write English, clearly speak English and proficiently read English
