The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Housekeeper/Part Time at Georgia Regional Hospital - Atlanta, located in Decatur, GA.

Salary Range - $15.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience (This is hourly paid work performing custodial/janitorial duties-- this position is not eligible for benefits).

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Description:

This position is vital to the health and safety of consumers and staff. This position is responsible for all cleaning and disinfecting of consumers and non-consumers areas, which prohibit the spread of infections diseases and keep the environment comfortable to live and work. This position will also allow help us to be compliance with all federal, state and local rules and regulations; as well as ORS, JCAHO and other agency standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and disinfect assigned areas
• Collect Trash
• Dispose of contaminated refuse, observing CDC safety precautions
• Possess ability to strip and wax floors.
