- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic environment that requires manual coordination and follow-through.
- Experience creating, maintaining, or supporting production routings, job travelers, work instructions, or digital work order systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to track multiple workstreams and drive action to closure.
- Experience supporting material tracking, movement, and/or shipping activities in a production environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Ability to work in a hands-on role that requires regular engagement with the manufacturing floor and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with manufacturing systems, ERP/MRP tools, or digital work order systems preferred; however, the ability to succeed in a partially manual, highly coordinated planning environment is essential.
- Self-starter who is comfortable working across organizational boundaries to get issues resolved.
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- Practical, action-oriented mindset with a willingness to wear multiple hats.
- Comfortable working in an environment where communication, follow-up, and direct coordination are critical to success.
