Home Care Aide Job Summary: Flawless Family Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to provide one-on-one, non-medical care for a client in Coal City, Illinois. As a Caregiver with our agency, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients, while promoting dignity, independence, comfort, and safety. About the Role: Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and mobility using proper body mechanics and assistive devices as directed Meal preparation and feeding assistance, when needed Light housekeeping and laundry Provide companionship and meaningful conversation Monitor and report changes in the client's condition Complete visit documentation using our mobile care app Follow each client's individualized care plan with compassion, professionalism, and respect Responsibilities: Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation Help with medication reminders and light housekeeping Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if needed Provide companionship and social support Monitor and report changes in the client's condition Complete visit documentation and maintain accurate records Schedule: We are currently hiring for the following shifts: Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Applicants may apply for the day shift, evening shift, or both. Additional hours may become available based on client needs.
