Sales Auditor

Education Associate’s degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience. Work Experience Minimum of two years of work experience; retail or related experience is a plus. Skills Experience utilizing ERP accounting systems, specifically PeopleSoft and Oracle. Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong technical aptitude: ability to learn and operate new systems efficiently. Ability to cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with business teams. Ability to work well under pressure while consistently meeting time‑sensitive deadlines. Detail‑oriented, with the ability to thoroughly research and analyze data. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to listen effectively and follow direction. Highly organized, self‑starter, and capable of working efficiently with minimum supervision. Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties. Responsibilities Assist in auditing individual store sales in the Oracle Retail Sales Audit Module (ReSa). Respond to Playbook tickets and store emails to resolve transactional or funding errors in a timely manner and address customer‑facing inquiries. Analyze, research, and resolve transaction discrepancies and exceptions. Utilize external merchant services platforms to research and process funding. Review and dispute chargebacks for card brands and private‑label tenders. Monitor and review chargeback submissions for timely completion. Learn company policies as required. Maintain confidentiality of Academy’s financial information. Duties may change. Associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements & Attendance Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties. Ability to maintain productivity in an office environment. Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior.
