SLP CFY - Lake Zurich, IL

Step into a rewarding school-based Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity supporting elementary-aged students in a dynamic educational setting. Work closely with a resource team to provide essential services to a manageable caseload of 25-30 students in grades K-5, all within a single, collaborative campus. This contract role spans the entire academic year, beginning August 17, 2026, and concluding May 28, 2027. You'll keep a consistent weekday schedule, working 35.5 hours per week from 8:25 am to 4:00 pm.


Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY eligible
• Current licensure or eligibility for Illinois SLP licensure
• Experience in school-based settings or with elementary populations preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language services to a caseload of 25-30 K-5 students
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and therapy plans
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to school-wide resource efforts
• Attend new staff training (date to be determined)
