Housekeeper

DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, such as our hotel guest rooms, the hallways, meeting space, restrooms, public areas and guest areas. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general housekeeping duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas

- Change linens and make beds

- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly

- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products

- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor

- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests

Experience:

- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is preferred

- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment

- Familiarity with industrial cleaning standards and practices

- Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
