Agent Software Engineer

We're assisting a profitable Enterprise AI Customer Support startup with their search for agent software engineers to join their growing team. The role will be onsite in their new NY office. What you'll do: Design and build AI agents that outperform human agents in managing complex customer interactions and driving customer retention Identify cross-customer trends that guide the evolution of the agent building platform and research efforts Experiment with and run evaluations on the latest text and voice models, then integrate them at scale with large enterprise-grade customers What you'll bring: 2+ years of experience in full-stack engineering at a tech company known for a high engineering bar, a high-frequency trading company, or a hyper growth tech startup Extensive Python experience Proficient in Typescript Experience with asynchronous programming Prior experience working with multi-modal/LLM models CS degree Nice to haves: 1+ years of experience in a high growth startup environment (e.g., Seed, Series A-C) known for a high talent bar Experience at a high-frequency trading firm (e.g., HRT, Citadel) Proven track record of working on high-impact projects or creating fast-growing products Experience building AI products #J-18808-Ljbffr DRH Search
