Responsibilities:
- Tracked the preparation status of each stage of NPI introduction and the preparation status of all aspects of the man-machine material method.
- Track the preparation status of hardware facilities in the factory to ensure they meet the requirements.
- Lead the pilot production meeting at each stage of the Ops build.
- Arrange the input-output of each stage of the Ops build, and track the results.
- Arrange all project team members to do a postmortem after the trial run.
- Factory and line expansion plan.
