Caring Angels Home Care is looking for dynamic part-time and full-time Physical Therapists for our Home based Pediatric patients. This position offers a base salary between $105,000.00 and $110,000.00 and offers a competitive benefits package including Medical and Dental insurance, 401k Plan, 35 PTO Days. Physical Therapist Job Description

The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, planning, implementation, treatment and documentation of patient status for home care patients. Supports organization's mission to provide the highest quality care by complying with regulatory guidelines, meeting agency standards, and obtaining appropriate certification.

Education

• Successful completion of a physical therapy program at a school of physical therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association, or both.

• Licensed in New York State as a Physical Therapist.

Salary: $105,000.00 + $110,000.00
