Responsibilities:

As an Undercar Specialist, your key duties include:

Diagnosing and repairing brake systems, including rotors, calipers, pads, and hydraulics.
Performing suspension repairs, including shocks, struts, ball joints, and control arms.
Conducting wheel alignments to ensure proper vehicle handling and tire longevity.
Repairing or replacing steering components such as tie rods, steering racks, and linkages.
Inspecting and recommending necessary repairs or maintenance to ensure customer safety.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with brakes, suspension, alignment, and steering systems.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with alignment machines, diagnostic tools, and basic hand/power tools.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality of work.
Team-Oriented: Ability to collaborate with a dynamic team in a busy shop setting.
Certifications: ASE certifications or equivalent are a plus but not required.
Physical Ability: Capable of lifting heavy components and working in a physically demanding environment.
