Vice President of Operations

A growing regional company is looking for a Vice President of Operations to lead service delivery, operational performance, and scalable growth across the organization. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring that client commitments are delivered consistently, teams are aligned, and operational processes support continued expansion. The right candidate will be a strategic and hands‑on operator who can manage leaders, improve systems, support client success, and partner with sales and executive leadership to strengthen the company’s performance in the local market. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day and long‑term operational strategy across the assigned region Oversee service delivery, team performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency Manage and develop operational managers and department leaders Partner with sales and client‑facing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution Establish and monitor key performance indicators, reporting processes, and accountability systems Identify opportunities to improve workflow, cost control, quality, and client retention Support planning for regional growth, staffing, capacity, and resource allocation Ensure teams are aligned with company standards, client expectations, and internal procedures Resolve escalated client or operational issues in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives Essential Qualifications 10 or more years of progressive operations leadership experience 5 or more years of experience managing managers or multi‑functional teams Experience in a B2B services, commercial services, logistics, facilities, staffing, or similar operational environment Strong track record of improving service delivery, efficiency, and team performance Ability to lead through growth, change, and process improvement Strong financial, analytical, communication, and decision‑making skills Comfortable working closely with sales, finance, HR, and executive leadership Experience managing budgets, KPIs, performance reporting, and client service standards Preferred Qualifications Experience overseeing multi‑site or regional operations Background in scaling operational processes for a growing company Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, management, or a related field Advanced degree or operational certification is a plus $180,000 to $230,000 base annually, plus bonus potential Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Both Keller Executive Search and our clients are Equal Opportunity Employers.
