Job Overview We’re seeking a qualified lead Dental Assistant who is caring, professional, dependable and reliable, and ready to take on a leadership role in a supportive, patient-focused setting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team and appreciates a consistent daily routine.

Qualifications We are Looking For:

1 year of dental assisting experience preferred

Proficient with dental assisting techniques and protocols

Familiarity with 3D scanning and taking x-rays

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Self-motivated and reliable with a willingness to learn and work.

Friendly, calm demeanor and team-focused attitude

Current CPR certification (optional)

Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Willing to work

What You’ll Do:

Welcome patients into the treatment area and help them feel comfortable

Assist the dentist chairside during patient visits

Set up and clean operatories and maintain sterilization protocols

Monitor and manage inventory and supply orders

Ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow

Help with training and mentoring additional team members as we grow

Provide excellent patient care with a warm and professional manner

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies

Job Type: Part-time, 20-27 hrs/week

Required:

Ability to Commute to the Meridian, ID office on a daily basis

Ability to relocate to Meridian, ID before hire date.

Ability to work in person at location.

Compensation: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour, depends on experience
