Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical components within mechanical and automated parking systems. This role ensures reliable system performance, timely response to service calls, and adherence to safety and quality standards across all assigned sites. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technician with strong troubleshooting abilities, mechanical and electrical aptitude, and excellent communication skills. This position requires working collaboratively with subcontractors on active construction sites and interacting directly with residents and property representatives. A friendly, professional demeanor and a proactive approach to real-time problem solving are essential to success in this role.
