Responsibilities Developing client relationships and selling auto, home, life, and financial products Hitting production goals and building a track record that demonstrates you can run your own book Completing any remaining licensing requirements — costs reimbursed for unlicensed candidates Learning agency operations — the business side, not just the sales side Licensing — where you stand matters Qualifications Active property & casualty and/or life & health licenses in Kentucky (or a state with reciprocity) Series 6, 63, or 65 licenses are a major plus Candidates with active securities licensing move to the front of the line No licenses yet — still worth applying; licensing costs are reimbursed Strong communicators and self-starters — entrepreneurial mindset; financial stability to pursue licensing Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $40,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year Bonus based on performance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Who this is for People who want to own something — entrepreneurial minded, not job-security minded; strong communicators and self-starters; sales experience a plus; insurance background not required; financially stable enough to pursue licensing and the ownership transition.
