Why This Role Matters

This is a key position on the floor. As the Tooling Lead, you'll own the performance and reliability of production tools while helping improve and standardize tooling processes. Your work plays a direct role in production efficiency, product quality, and overall workflow.

What You'll Do

• Build, repair, and modify production tooling using welding, soldering, grinding, fitting, and assembly
• Develop and standardize tooling designs to improve consistency and performance
• Troubleshoot recurring tooling issues and implement long-term solutions
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure tools remain reliable and production-ready
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with production teams
• Support new tooling projects and assist with overtime needs when required

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on fabrication experience
• Ability to diagnose issues and implement practical, lasting solutions
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
