Shift Leader

Shift Leader As a Shift Leader, it is expected that you will be able to efficiently schedule the shifts of every employee and make sure that every employee will get a fair share of job schedules. Shift Leaders are responsible for leading up to 15 employees per shift, responsible for the customer service within each unit, responsible for managing cost controls, responsible for opening and closing procedures, and adherence to all of Round Table Pizza’s policies and procedures. We are looking for: Smiling, energetic, service minded employees Employees who want to be part of a team environment Full-time OR part time availability Must be able to work nights and weekends Prior restaurant experience as a shift supervisor or shift leader is REQUIRED Flexible schedule a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
