Project Manager

We are currently working a GC client who has offices in Allentown, PA, Newtown, PA and Burlington, NJ who is looking for a Superintendent with experience in commercial projects. Direct Hire Projects: Industrial, Warehouse, Retail, Data Centers, Distibution Centers, and more. Project locations: PA, NJ (some travel) Ideal candidate experience: GC, sitework, owner's rep, construction management company. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Thorough knowledge and experience with commercial and industrial construction Ability to read blueprints Ability to read and understand contracts Effectively manage field changes and resolve field issues in a timely manner Well organized Show initiative and motivation Works well with others, but can also tackle duties independently with confidence Proficiency in using logic to problem solve in situations where immediate guidance isn’t available Ability to be a leader Punctuality Familiarity with safety procedures and standards on a job site Travel to project locations EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION At least 5 years of Superintendent/Foreman experience on commercial projects BS degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred) OSHA Certification KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Strong technical and communication skills are critical #J-18808-Ljbffr
