What You'll Be Doing:
• Lead daily operations for a busy diesel repair shop
• Coach and support technicians while driving productivity and quality
• Coordinate with drivers and operations to keep trucks moving
• Manage scheduling, workflow, inventory, and shop performance
• Help build a clean, organized, professional culture
This is a hands-on leadership role - not a desk job. You'll be the person your technicians, drivers, and operations team count on to keep the shop running smoothly, set high standards, and lead by example every day.
What You Need:

• Experience leading a diesel shop or technician team

• Strong knowledge of heavy diesel trucks and trailers

• Ability to lead, train, communicate, and hold high standards

• Experience with scheduling, productivity, and shop operations

• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft office and shop management software, tracking repair progress, and keeping work orders organized

• Valid driver's license, CDL is a major plus
