Job Description

We are looking for dependable candidates for a Sorting & Packaging position working with wildlife feed corn products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is comfortable working in a variety of conditions outside of a traditional manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Shuck, sort, and package ears of corn for wildlife feed 
• Inspect products to ensure company quality standards are met 
• Lift and move materials up to 40 pounds 
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 
• Complete other duties as assigned 

Qualifications and Requirements

• Great attendance and positive attitude 
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly 
• Comfortable working extended hours in varying conditions 
• Ability to work independently and with a team

The pay range for this position is $14.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
