Passion for Home Care is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care in clients’ homes. If you’re looking for consistent hours, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team that actually has your back, we’d love to meet you.
Pay & Perks
- $21–$24/hour based on experience
- +$3/hour weekend differential
- +$3/hour overnight differential
- Weekly pay
- Mileage reimbursement, where applicable
- Paid training + paid orientation
- PTO, 401k, dental, and vision (for eligible employees)
Flexible Scheduling
- Part-Time and Per Diem available
- Day, evening, and overnight shifts
- Build a schedule that works for you
- Every other weekend availability required
What You’ll Do
- Assist with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping and meal prep
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Support mobility and transfers
- Follow personalized care plans
What You’ll Need
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background check
- Caring, dependable, and professional attitude
Caregiving experience is a plus, but not required — we provide paid training.
