Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage obstetric emergencies like placenta previa and ectopic pregnancy.
• Perform triage for obstetric patients over the phone using EPIC.
• Respond to patient inquiries via voice message and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for complex maternity cases.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare standards.
• Assist in labor and delivery procedures and post-operative care.

Qualifications

• Current WA/Compact RN license, application in process accepted.
• Minimum 2 years of labor and delivery experience preferred.
• EPIC charting system proficiency required.
• Certifications in BLS and NRP required.
• Ability to maintain central lines and handle insulin drips.
• Experience in sterile vaginal exams and using EFM preferred.
