Job Description & Requirements Position: Ophthalmology Physician. StartDate: ASAP. Pay Rate: $1455.00 - $1575.00. This facility is seeking an Ophthalmology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and Requirements Schedule: Monday – Thursday 8a-5p, Friday 8a-12p. Practice Setting: Outpatient. Types of Cases: cataract surgery and cataract surgery with Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgery (MIGS). Credentialing Timeframe: 0-30 days. Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Nextgen and Forum. Certifications Required: board certified and have a Glaucoma Fellowship. Licensure Required: time to license for Iowa and Illinois.
