Industrial Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role requires hands-on capability of troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems to minimize downtime and ensure peak operational efficiency. Role includes but is not limited to the repair and maintenance of; injection molding machines, chillers, temperature control units, material dryers, cranes, forklifts, conveyors, pumps, and general building maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of maintenance experience in a plastics manufacturing or heavy industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- System Knowledge: Basic understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical (12VDC to 480VAC) systems. Using welders, torches, and shop tools to modify or build parts like handrails and guards.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of a shift.
- Certifications: High School Diploma or GED required.
Shift & Benefits
- Shift: 2nd shift 1:30pm 10:00 pm
- Pay: Based on experience
