Immigration Attorney

We are seeking a passionate and skilled *Immigration Attorney* to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both affirmative and defensive immigration cases and a strong commitment to immigrant rights.

*About Us*

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. With a mission to provide compassionate, high-quality legal representation to immigrants and their families. We focus on family-based petitions, humanitarian relief (VAWA, U-visas, asylum), removal defense, and naturalization.

*Responsibilities*

* Represent clients in immigration matters including [asylum, cancellation of removal, SIJS, VAWA, U-Visas, adjustment of status, naturalization, etc.]
* Prepare legal filings and appear before USCIS, EOIR, and other agencies as needed
* Conduct client consultations and build individualized case strategies
* Stay up to date with immigration law changes and policies
* Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants

*Qualifications and Skills:*

* J.D. and active license to practice law in any U.S. state
* 1–3+ years of experience in immigration law required
* Bilingual in English and Spanish *Required*
* Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Empathetic communicator with a client-centered mindset
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing individual caseloads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
