An exciting leadership opportunity is available for an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)!
Autumn Lake Healthcare at Bucks Hill is seeking a motivated and results-driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a skilled nursing facility and support its continued growth and success. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong healthcare leader who is passionate about resident care, team development, and building a positive facility culture.
As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) , you will oversee day-to-day facility operations while working closely with clinical and departmental leadership to maintain high standards of care, compliance, employee engagement, and overall operational performance.

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and oversight of daily skilled nursing facility operations
Partner with clinical and department leaders to ensure exceptional resident care
Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
Develop, support, and retain a strong facility leadership team
Promote a positive culture for residents, families, and employees
Drive operational performance and continuous improvement throughout the facility
Qualifications for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA):
Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required
Previous experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of skilled nursing facility operations and regulatory requirements
Ability to lead teams and build a positive, results-focused culture
