Leasing Consultant The Leasing Consultant is the first face prospective residents encounter. The role involves engaging prospects, customizing tours, selling leasing options, continuously managing high-energy interactions, and helping residents find a place that meets their needs. Location Vineyards (260 U) – 37600 College Drive, Palm Desert, CA 92211, USA. Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate $21.00 to $24.00 depending on experience, $1,000 sign‑on bonus, and full benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, and vacation. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience; prior leasing experience not required. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. High School diploma or GED equivalent; college degree considered a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; Yardi Voyager experience an advantage.
