This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for defining and building the core technology foundation that powers enterprise-scale transformation across data, AI, integration, and client-facing systems. You will own the evolution of a modern platform ecosystem designed to support growth, M&A integration, and next-generation advisor and client experiences. The role blends strategic architecture leadership with hands-on engineering influence, requiring deep expertise in scalable systems and platform design. You will lead cross-functional collaboration across data, AI, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure unified execution and long-term architectural coherence. A key part of the mission is embedding AI capabilities and orchestration layers into a secure, regulated environment. This is a highly visible position working closely with senior stakeholders to shape the future of enterprise technology in a fast-evolving, innovation-driven context.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will define, build, and evolve the core platform capabilities that underpin enterprise systems, ensuring scalability, resilience, and seamless integration across business-critical domains. You will act as the technical anchor across multiple engineering functions, driving alignment, execution, and modernization.

• Own the architecture, development, and evolution of core platform capabilities, including orchestration and integration engines, AI infrastructure components, and data operations platforms
• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration frameworks across Salesforce, custodians, and other core systems
• Build reusable platform services and application development frameworks to accelerate delivery across engineering teams
• Collaborate closely with Data Platform, Data Science & AI, Salesforce engineering, Infrastructure, and Delivery teams to ensure unified platform strategy and execution
• Partner with infrastructure providers to design and implement scalable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions supporting secure and observable systems
• Drive modernization of platform architecture while ensuring compliance, security, auditability, and resilience in a regulated environment
• Establish engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines, observability practices, and platform governance models
• Support execution of multi-year platform transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Remove organizational silos by fostering strong cross-team collaboration and shared ownership of platform outcomes
• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Oversee delivery quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability of platform systems
• Influence senior technical and business stakeholders to align on architecture and transformation priorities

Requirements

This role requires deep technical leadership experience in platform engineering, distributed systems, and enterprise architecture, along with a proven ability to drive large-scale modernization initiatives in complex environments.

• 10+ years of experience in platform engineering, enterprise architecture, or technical leadership roles
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong expertise in building orchestration engines, integration platforms, event-driven architectures, and scalable data systems
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture and integrations (including Flow, Agentforce, and custom development)
• Strong knowledge of modern data and AI platforms such as Snowflake, AI/ML frameworks, or agent-based systems (e.g., LangGraph or similar)
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-year platform modernization programs in agile environments
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and cloud-native architecture principles
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, observability frameworks, and platform governance models
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence across multiple technical domains and senior stakeholders
• Ability to operate effectively in regulated financial services or complex enterprise environments
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Preferred experience in wealth management, fintech, or highly regulated financial ecosystems
• Exposure to AI agent development and intelligent automation is highly valued
