Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist with Ever Most Counseling Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations based on clients' unique mental health needs, resulting in personalized treatment plans that are both impactful and achievable.

  • Delivering evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing diverse methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, ensuring seamless integration of services for clients with complex mental health and social challenges.

  • Providing crisis intervention, offering immediate support and effective strategies for clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • \n
  • Participating actively in community engagement initiatives, promoting mental health awareness and combating stigma through workshops and outreach efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

  • Possession of an active, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  • A master's or doctorate degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage, and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

  • Strong cultural competence to work effectively with individuals from varied ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.

Compensation and Benefits\n
