Licensed Vocational Nurse

VitalCaring seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide compassionate home health and hospice care. As an LVN, you will perform skilled nursing visits, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and document care in the EMR. You’ll educate patients and families on managing chronic conditions and support comfort-focused care for hospice patients. Working closely with RNs and an interdisciplinary team, you’ll deliver clinically excellent, patient-centered care while supported by a mission-driven culture that values teamwork, integrity, and work–life balance.
