Strategic HR Director, Healthcare (Multi-State)

Fortis Health is seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy and operations across our home health and hospice organizations in Indiana and Utah. The Senior Director will partner with executive leadership to develop scalable HR strategies that support employee engagement, compliance, talent, growth, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation/benefits, HR systems (Paycom), leadership
