Cooks - Cooking or prep experience preferred - Cooks are responsible for assisting the kitchen team in the overall smooth and accurate operation of our culinary programs. Dish Machine Operators - DMO's are responsible for maintaining a sanitary, efficient and organized dish cleaning area. DMO's can expect a high-volume work experience with the opportunity to provide the cleanest and most efficient assistance to our service teams to help them provide exceptional hospitality to our guests. We Offer: • Flexible schedules for both part and full-time team members • Free meal each shift per RAM's shift meal program • Discounts on food and beverages per RAM's Dining Discount Program • Insurance (medical, dental & life) as well as HSA (must complete 1 year of employments and work a minimum of 30 hours per week to qualify for benefits) • Paid sick leave - accrued at 1 hour per 40 hours worked (per state law) • Career and growth potential Requirements RAM Job Requirements:
• Positive attitude • Food and beer knowledge or the ability to become an expert • Must be in possession of (or able to obtain) a food handlers permit for positions that require it • Good communication and personal skills • Ability and stamina to spend an extended amount of time on your feet • Working as a team a must • Experience in high-volume preferred • You must be able to work weekends
