The Role

We are hiring multiple Senior Software Engineers who will solve real business problems across our entire stack. Senior engineers will understand business objectives, ideate solutions, and deliver end‑to‑end features with ownership and autonomy.

Your Impact

• Own and deliver features end‑to‑end, from understanding business requirements through production deployment.
• Work across the full stack, building UIs, designing APIs, and architecting backend services.
• Leverage AI tools to ship faster and multiply effectiveness.
• Tackle difficult production issues, complex debugging, or unfamiliar codebases with tenacity.
• Make autonomous technical decisions and own the outcomes.
• Collaborate directly with product, design, and business stakeholders to solve user problems.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering best practices.

The Ideal Match

• 6+ years of software engineering experience across the full stack.
• Fluency with AI coding tools and a track record of using them to multiply output.
• Self‑directed, autonomous, and results‑focused.
• Product‑focused mindset; code exists to solve business problems.
• Outstanding communication skills for explaining complex concepts clearly.
• Builder mentality: ship working software and iterate quickly.
• Tenacity to tackle difficult problems head‑on.
• Track record of winning in multiple areas of life.

• Experience building financial services, trading systems, or wealth‑management platforms.
• Background in high‑availability system design and real‑time data processing.
