Operations Analyst- FULLY REMOTE

TEKsystems is hiring FULLY REMOTE Operations Analysts to work for a technology and software company.    

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Contractor to support strategic initiatives across go-to-market execution, adoption & consumption analytics, and reporting & insights. This role will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations leadership to ensure data accuracy, operational execution, and actionable insights that drive revenue performance.

Qualifications

-Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Analytics

-Strong hands-on experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboards

-Familiarity with go-to-market processes and revenue performance metrics

-Experience with usage, adoption, or consumption-based analytics

-Ability to communicate insights clearly across technical and non-technical audiences

-Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Job Description

-Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation.

-Provide information regarding Client's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.



Pay

$35-37/hr.

This is a Contract position based out of Newtown Square, PA.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.
