Temporary Recruiting Specialist

Role Description

Schedule

• Full-time with a standard 40-hour per week schedule Monday – Friday covering typical business hours

Duties/Responsibilities

• 100% on the phone
• Outbound phone calls to candidates who apply for open jobs (headsets, dual monitor and laptops provided)
• Conduct pre-screening with candidates to cover basic questions (template provided)
• Making job offers, sending background checks
• Scheduling new hires for new hire orientation

Required Skills/Abilities

• Enjoy talking with people
• Bi-lingual (Spanish / English) highly preferred
• Experience with MS Excel
• Experience with MS Outlook and MS Teams – 0365
• Able to work effectively and efficiently in a changing environment
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Familiarity with online job-hunting websites
• Passion for People

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Ability to provide a stable internet connection and quiet, professional work environment when working from home
