Whether agricultural, commercial, or residential, our team has the expertise to exceed expectations.What You'll DoAs a Construction Field Superintendent, you'll be the driving force behind multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.Your responsibilities will include:Field Superintendent Manages productionManages subcontractorsResponsible for in house man hoursUnderstands full SOWOK's SOWsHolds safety meetings on siteBrings pre build checklist to Pre build meetingsPre con meeting on every jobCreates initial gant chart-start to finish including all SOW***BT daily logs every day on every job - pictures when on siteEnforces PPEEnsures site is ready for high labor efficiency-subs/in houseGives 72 hour start notice to subs-verbal and emailInventory checklist/materialsEquipment on site in good working orderInforms PC/PM immediately if any part of the gant is affected for any reasonInforms PC/PM of any plan and spec issues or lack of needed details asapUse proper coding on any POsFill in for missing Field personell/punchlist work/equipment mobilizingon site or in the respective office at 7:00 AMSchedule necessary inspections/ensure subs are doing the sameEnsure jobsite is organized, safe and spotless at all timesResponsible for QC - provides information for subcontractor ratings in listAlways has toolbelt and basic tools ready when needed.Punchlist walkthrough with customerLeading superintendent duties across multiple job sites.Tracking project progress, conducting inspections, and securing permits.Hosting pre-construction meetings and participating in daily scheduling calls.Coordinating materials, equipment, and crew assignments to keep projects on schedule.Managing change orders, punch lists, and final walkthroughs with customers.Training, mentoring, and supporting crews and subcontractors.Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures every day.What They're Looking ForAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders. Strong knowledge of construction processes, tools, and equipment. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with customers, vendors, and team members. Proven organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Hands-on leadership experience in construction management. Comfortable with technology (laptops, tablets, smartphones). Safety matters to us.
