Although their expertise may be in any design discipline, they are knowledgeable across all discipline tracks.Job Requirements:Led teams to design meaningful, human-centered experiences.Demonstrated advanced design deliverables, approaches, and industry expertise in a professional portfolio.Inspired senior leaders to solve challenging business problems.Increased visibility of Design work to deepen insights and influence change across the industry.Championed the Design vision and led strategic initiatives.Expectations and Mindset:Commitment to keep up to date on design industry trends, improve skills, and share expertise with others.Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills that support cross-disciplinary design and business teams.Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to various working conditions.Desire to advance Design practices, standards, and processes.
