Quality Inspector

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to ensure products meet company and customer quality standards. This role is responsible for inspecting parts and materials, identifying defects or non-conformances, documenting inspection results, and working closely with production teams to maintain quality throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Inspect products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications Identify defects, non-conformances, and quality issues, and accurately document findings Complete inspection reports and maintain quality records Work closely with production teams to resolve quality concerns Utilize basic computer programs to enter and maintain inspection data Follow company quality procedures and maintain a safe, organized work environment Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of Quality Inspector experience High School Diploma or GED required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Experience identifying defects and quality issues Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Basic computer and documentation skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Additional information for the Quality Inspector $20/Hr Monday- Friday | 7am-3:30pm Warren, MI 48092 About Express Employment Professionals: As one of the leading staffing companies in North America, Michigan, and Macomb County, we're ready to help you take the next step in your career.
