C&L Ward is looking for an experienced Window & Door Installer to join our team. You'll work alongside an established installation crew in clients' homes while receiving training on our products, processes, and quality standards. This position offers ongoing development and the opportunity to advance into a Lead Installer role.
What You'll Do:
- Proper removal & installation of windows and doors
- Maintaining company vehicle, equipment & tools
- Finish carpentry (interior moldings)
- Aluminum exterior trim & caulking
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Follow C&L Ward installation and safety standards
What We're Looking For:
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must pass background check
- Previous window/door installation, residential remodeling, carpentry, or related construction experience
