We're looking for an energizing, results-driven Branch Manager to lead our local operations and fuel our growth in the dental industry. In this role, you'll wear several hats—mentoring a high-performing sales team, connecting directly with dental professionals, keeping operations tight, and making sure our branch hits its goals. If you thrive in a mix of hands-on leadership, field sales, and tactical strategy, this is your opportunity to take full ownership of a market.

Lead & Empower the Team: Hire, onboard, and coach sales reps and administrative staff. You'll work closely with reps on their business plans, deliver annual reviews, and keep everyone motivated to hit their quotas.

Drive Sales & Market Growth: Lead by example with direct field sales efforts, analyze local buying trends, and ensure the team explores every growth opportunity across our product line.

Support the Clinical Community: Build strong ties with local dental practices. You'll organize clinical seminars, train reps on product applications, and even assist in surgical environments by offering guidance on product setup and procedure sequences.

Oversee Branch Operations: Keep the business running smoothly day-to-day. You'll monitor inventory, partner with Corporate on Accounts Receivable, enforce security and compliance standards, and deliver regular performance updates to executive leadership.

Champion the Brand: Serve as the primary face of our company across the local medical and business community.

What You Bring

Sales & Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of success in outside sales (medical or dental device experience is a strong plus).

Industry Knowledge: A solid grasp of dental implant technology, clinical environments, and local territory management.

People & Analytical Skills: Proven ability to inspire a team, handle complex data to make smart calls, and communicate effortlessly across all levels of an organization.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

What We Offer

Base Pay: $90,000 – $100,000 + uncapped commission potential
