Vaccine Customer Representative - Spokane, WA

Merck seeks a Vaccine Customer Representative to serve healthcare providers across Spokane and surrounding regions. The role involves delivering clinical vaccine information, supporting customer operational and financial needs, and driving immunization rate improvements through collaborative engagement with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct balanced product presentations with healthcare providers and business professionals to align customer needs with vaccine attributes
• Provide leadership with customer feedback, marketplace insights, and progress updates on quality and immunization goals
• Maintain current product knowledge and CDC immunization schedule; attend workshops and conferences to stay informed
• Lead quarterly business reviews analyzing vaccine contracts and educating customers on portfolio optimization
• Develop territory business plans focused on improving immunization rates in assigned accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 0–3 years sales experience, OR high school diploma with 4+ years relevant work experience
• Valid driver's license
• Demonstrated aptitude to excel in educational or professional roles
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication abilities and capacity to convey technical concepts clearly
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
