Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum of 24 months ICU experience with recent experience in last 12 months License: Active license to practice Certifications: NIHSS, ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) Must-Have: No hits on state license to practice Description: This position requires adherence to specific dress codes. Candidates must possess NIHSS certification. Candidates must be registered residents of states outside the specified exclusion. Flexibility in location, shifts, and departments will expedite the hiring process. Candidates must be prepared to start at the listed start date or within one week. Requests for time off must be outlined clearly and cannot exceed seven days. No time off is permitted during the first week of the assignment. Candidates should list all locations they are willing to work in. Candidates should specify all shifts and departments they are experienced in. All candidates submitted should be pre-approved and ready to accept the position. Immediate notification is required if a candidate withdraws or becomes unavailable. Candidates must have life support certifications from recognized vendors. Candidates must present a valid driver's license to verify residency. Travel experience is highly preferred. It is essential to adhere to all background check standards. Profiles must include a completed cover page. A resume detailing all facilities and departments worked must be submitted. An ICU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months is necessary. Verification of an active license to practice must be recent, within the last 30 days. Active certifications in ACLS and BLS from approved vendors must be provided. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license.
