Job Description Key Skills 5+ years as a cell site field technician Ericsson experience (Must Have) Projects include Macro and Small Cell Verizon experience nice to have Supported Projects Small Cell 5G Only Small Cell 4G Only Small Cell 4G & 5G (C‑Band or 5GmmWave) ODAS Node IDAS Node Macro New Build (assumes 4G and C‑Band) Macro Carrier Add (includes C‑Band) Macro RELO Macro Drop & Swap Macro C‑Band Prep/Conversion Macro Sector Add Baseband Upgrade Main Project Tasks Small Cell, IDAS, ODAS 5G Milestone Integration Order License Key File (LKF) via IOP Import LKF to Ericsson Network Manager (ENM) via IOP Generate SiteInstall file (integration file) via IOP Install SiteInstall file onto 5G radio When file reaches 65% install completion, click the integrate icon When file reaches 100%, verify connectivity to ENM Use ENM Scripting Server to verify ENM and radio communication Verify node synchronization and latest software version; upgrade via ENM if needed Run post‑integration and post‑upgrade scripts via ENM Scripting Server Verify PTP timing Repeat steps for each 5G radio Hand over to System Performance (SP) to build anchors and run their scripts SP returns to NA to finalize activations Test all radio/sector speed and ping, enter data into IOP Complete IOP Quality Check List tasks Activate Call Signs in IOP (final task & payment point) Small Cell, IDAS, ODAS 4G Milestone Integration Verify power, SFP, and hub readiness Order and import LKF, generate SiteInstall file, install onto baseband Follow identical integration and verification steps as 5G Run 4X scripts in SAT Tool if not done via install files Check RSSI on each radio/sector and light levels on fiber Hand over to SP, finalize activations, perform E911 testing Complete IOP Quality Check List tasks and activate Call Signs in IOP (final) Macro New Build, RELO and Drop‑and‑Swap 4G & C‑Band Milestone Integration Verify power, SFP, hub readiness, fiber path, and integrate IXRe at site Order and import LKF, generate SiteInstall file, install onto baseband Same integration and verification steps as before, plus: Build ERAN via feature activation tool for carrier aggregation Build RETs via IOP, check RSSI and light levels Punch down environmental alarms, update FUZE compliance, apply stickers/signage, install Centeron Fuel Monitor Drive test site, speed tests, complete IOP checklist, activate Call Signs (final) Macro Carrier Add C‑Band Modification Milestone Integration Verify power, SFP, hub readiness, integrate IXRe, work with tower crew for radio swap Use scripting tool and SAT Tool to manage radios, generate and install SiteInstall file on new baseband Same integration and verification steps as previous, plus: Build ERAN, run post‑upgrade scripts, build RETs, check RSSI and light levels Drive test, E911 test if needed, complete IOP checklist, punch down alarms, update FUZE compliance, apply stickers/signage Activate Call Signs in IOP (final task & payment point) Legal Notice: This position is inclusive and meets equal employment opportunity (EEO) standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
