ServiceNow SecOps Engineer

Position: ServiceNow Developer/Admin

Location: Mc Lean, VA

Longterm Contract Skills:

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.

Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM.

Hands-on experience with: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies / UI Actions, ACLs, Script Includes, Notifications, Workflows / Flow Designer, Service Catalog.

Strong JavaScript skills.

Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.

Experience with Import Sets and Transform Maps.

Good understanding of ServiceNow tables, data model, roles, and security.

Experience troubleshooting and supporting ServiceNow in production environments.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow CSA certification preferred.

ServiceNow CAD certification is a plus.

Experience with IntegrationHub, MID Server, CMDB, Discovery, or Service Portal is a plus.

Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams.
