Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities Support compensation activities including analysis, design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. Handles moderately to moderately complex compensation issues and applies solid knowledge of subject matter. Partner with leadership to provide wage recommendations, guidance on special pay, and interpretation of compensation policies. Produce reports and analyses data to support cost analysis and decision making. Conduct audits and validation reviews to ensure data accuracy and resolve identified issues. Participate in compensation projects including the annual salary administration process. May conduct job evaluations and use market data to establish appropriate pay ranges based on role scope. May support the review of pay policies, procedures and/or programs; complete updates as needed. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or experience in lieu of degree. Experience: 2‑4 years’ relevant experience. Licenses/Certifications: None.
