Clinical Pharmacy Specialist

Are you passionate about advancing patient care through clinical excellence? Join Orlando Health as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist and make a difference every day! Lead and develop clinical pharmacy services. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams. Provide pharmacotherapy and pharmacokinetic consultations. Support pharmacy staff education and resident training. Develop clinical policies, procedures, and best practices. Improve patient outcomes through evidence-based care.

Qualifications:

PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required
Florida Pharmacist License (or obtain within 4 months of hire) required
Residency, fellowship, or equivalent clinical pharmacy experience required
Strong clinical leadership and patient care skills
