Front End Loader Operator

Currently seeking a Front End Loader Operator who is responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy mobile equipment to support daily operations at a recycling facility. This position will load, transport, and move recycled raw materials, finished product, and other materials throughout the plant and yard while maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Equipment Operation Safely operate a front-end loader to move recycled glass, cullet, raw materials, finished product, and other materials throughout the facility. Load and unload trucks, hoppers, conveyors, stockpiles, and processing equipment as required. Maintain proper material flow to support crushing, screening, sorting, and processing operations. Build and maintain stockpiles while keeping materials properly separated and organized. Monitor loader performance and report mechanical or operational issues to Maintenance or Management. Perform routine pre-shift inspections and basic equipment checks. Operate equipment in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and company procedures.
